let's hope that this doesn't turn out to be nothing more than a witch hunt and a copycat claim and that Bernie did something wrong. If he did, he deserves to be fired. If not, he is owed a huge apology and should sue his accusers.

BTW, the 3rd accuser came up with his claim just after he was arrested for sexually molesting a child.

After the penn state scandal, he decides to reveal the stuff he did, and thats when it went under investigation and to the firing of the coach, i think they made a good choice to do this. Even his wife knew about it the whole time. its crazy what the hell he did to get himself into this situation. There was a search warrant at the campus regarding the scandall.

Do you actually believe everything you read or hear?

Nothing is ever sensationalized?  Nothing is ever fabricated?  Nothing is ever tampered or tinkered with to get the desired results?
Is that how it is in that vast wasteland that is your skull cavity??

Let the investigation be completed and let the facts of the case be known.  Leave the rumor/speculation BS to the media and don't buy into it.
(no, I have NO HORSE in the fight; just hate folks being convicted in the court of public opinion.  Once convicted in an actual court of law, however, I'm ALL ABOUT hanging 'em high - right after the appeal  ;) )

The interview that was on ESPN yesterday was pretty convincing.

Phone conversation between the accuser and Bernies wife says it all.

Hang him high.

I can digitally remaster an innocent conversation, pulling bits 'n pieces from here and there and then splicing it all together to make it sound like the Pope likes little boys.

OK, maybe not the best example, but you get the point, right?  Get that taped conversation analyzed for any evidence of tampering, prove it is "untouched" (unlike those boys, allegedly) and I'll believe it to be authentic.

Not buying it, Gunslinger.

He likes boys and did some bad things. Oh Oh. Now he has to pay the price.

Rockwell - you are precisely the reason for our court system.
Now, go watch Mystic River again.

I'm going to reserve judgement until all the facts are known. I know what it's like to live under a cloud of suspicion, while being innocent.

Innocent until proven guilty is a crock. It may work that way in court, but not in the court of public opinion.

Can't help but pass judgement, if you watch and follow the story.

I am curious is Mrs. Fine was any good.

Two down, with the remaining two seeking only money {but of course, that will fix everything} from a ... defamation lawsuit?? ... with the assistance of ever-present, ever-wrong Gloria Allred.

At some point, Fine will be suing SU for defamation and wrongful termination.
And he will probably win.

Yep.  I thought they were a little quick
on the trigger, but figured maybe they
knew a little more than the Press was
letting on.  Apparently not.
Not that I blame them.  I'm sure they
didn't want the thing to drag on in the
Press.
But, yeah, Bernie has a case if the
glove don't fit.
